Alabama 10 - Finding the End Protal

Now the only thing left is to find the end portal and kill the dragon.  I use my ender eyes to discover the correct direction, then I head off.  I also build tall pillars to mark my way.  Here are a few:

The eyes lead me across a grass land

To an ocean

Across the ocean

To another shore

To a huge forest

Really huge

To a grassland full of horses

And finally to some mountains where the eye finally dives down

I build  a quick home

With all of the amenities

Then head down to search for the portal.  The stronghold has been destroyed by a fissure!  

But I eventually find the portal at the end of the chasm. 

Alabama 09 - Finishing the house

Getting so close to being done, I really should complete my house.  Up till now, there was no roof, just a stair case leading to the sky.  I took some time and added a cobble stone roof and a semi-second floor.

The second floor is just a walk way that runs above my first floor.

If you look up, you will see the bottom of my hidden space.

The attic is a small secluded space in roof, i may come back and add some stuff here later.
